Cancellation Policy

     Your appointments are very important to me and are  reserved specifically for you.  I understand that sometimes schedules change and adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

     Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to  fill that  appointment time  and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity  to receive services.  Because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months in advance, all appointments are electronically confirmed in advance. If you are not receiving these reminders please let me know.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, beginning  Feb 1, 2019,  a  CANCELLATION FEE will apply. 

Less than a 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of the services scheduled amount, due at your next appointment.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 50%  of the reserved service amount before scheduling their next appointment.

 

Appointments made within the 24 hour period must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will be charged 50% of the reserved service price.

 

 This cancellation policy allows me to give the best experience to my guests and helps me to keep my schedule on time.

 

LATE FOR APPOINTMENT POLICY

 

    I realize things occasionally happen. If you believe you will be more than ten minutes late for your appointment. Please call. It may be likely that we will have to reschedule your appointment for another time to respect other guests time.  If this happens there will be a charge of 15% of services scheduled.

REDO POLICY

    I want all of my clients to be happy with their hair.  If for some reason you are not happy with the outcome you have a week to come back in to adjust anything you do not like.  All color redos may be subjected to additional charges.
