Get to Know Britt

Hi, I’m Britt! Owner of Vibe KC and a hairstylist specializing in low-maintenance, hand-painted brunette balayage and timeless haircuts.

I’ve been behind the chair since 2006 and opened Vibe KC in 2020 with the goal of creating a welcoming, inclusive salon where people can feel comfortable, understood, and completely themselves.

​

My approach to hair is intentional and realistic. I create soft, dimensional color that complements your natural base, grows out seamlessly, and still looks beautiful between appointments. I especially love helping brunettes add richness, movement, and brightness without committing to constant maintenance.

Education continues to be a major part of my career. I’m always refining my techniques so I can offer thoughtful, customized results—not one-size-fits-all hair.

Outside of the salon, I’m usually traveling with my sisters, seeing live music, reading a great book, or spending time with my dog, Mischa. I’m also neurodivergent, independent, and proudly committed to creating spaces where people feel safe, respected, and confident.
